Office Building Restoration
Our customer came into work on a Monday morning to their commercial facility, only to find water damage to many rooms in the facility being that the water flowed for 2 nights from a broken toilet flapper. In this photograph, water had to be extracted from the carpet to remove weight. The carpet was an inexpensive glue-down carpet that was not salvageable and the insurance paid for new carpet anyway. We moved contents first out of the room and then left drying equipment for several days. Some of the walls had a 12-inch high flood cut, but a good portion of the wallboard dried without removal. The after photo shows the condition of the room after being dried out, which is ready for the contractor to replace the materials removed by our team.
