Living Room Mold Removal

This home suffered heavy rain damage during two storms from a roof leak, several months went by before SERVPRO Northridge was called out. Upon inspection of the attic, are technician discovered a large area of mold in the corner of the living room. With that being said we were hired to remediate the mold, in the before picture our technician is removing contaminated drywall with thousands of mold spores on it. In the after photo you can see just how clean the affected area is. After the removal process was over a mold hygienic was brought in to do a mold clearance test, it deemed that the remediation had been done affectedly.
