Annie Rivera
Annie is one of our Project Managers. She is IICRC certified and has lots of experience in handling water and fire losses. She spends time both in the office and in the field acting as a liaison between the customer, team members, the adjusters or property manager. We have been told she provides excellent customer service, has a positive attitude, and a friendly demeanor. She also is in charge of our audits and upload on select insurance carrier jobs. Annie is a valuable member and we are so grateful to have her on our team.
Ignacio Huerta
Ignacio is a project manager on our team, he is one of the newest members and we are happy to have landed him on our team. He has a wealth of experience in the industry and has the following certifications: Water Damage, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke, Odor Control, Carpet Repair, Carpet Cleaning, and Health and Safety. In his spare time, Ignacio likes to play basketball and cook.
Abraham Oliva
Abraham is one of our project managers and also serves as a crew chief when the need arises. He has been in the industry for many years in the field and office. Abraham enjoys playing soccer and cooking on his days off.
Sandro Acosta
Sandro is another one of our crew chiefs. He has over 6 years of experience in the restoration industry. Sandro is dedicated at what he does, and our clients love him. We appreciate him a lot and glad to have him as part of the team.
Zoubier
Zoubier is our IICRC Certified Crew Chief. He is proficient with Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Mold Remediation. He can oversee large commercial jobs as well. He oversees the maintenance of our equipment and vehicles. Zoubier has been with SERVPRO of Northridge and Granada Hills for 6 years and we are thankful he is a member of our team.
